Institutions? No way! They are out of touch with reality. Are forcing experience. Why keep making the same mistake? Give more power to Institutions? To burocrats? Right there you dropped the Ball...

He's basically talking about yog- popularly known as yoga . There is a vast amount of literature in the Hinduism on the connection between breathing, behaviour and the mind. Okay after hearing this here is my recipe for living your best life: Prioritize sleep Do Wim Hof breathing every day Eat real food, mostly vegetables Do high intensity interval training (20 min) -every day Meditate Spend time in nature, get sunshine. Drink lots of water If your lucky enough- sauna every day with cold shower/ ice bath if your going hard. Focus on others well being and being a blessing in peoples life Morning Pages- 3 pages of stream of consciousness writing first thing in the morning. Find your limit of knowledge and push a little past it each day- this applies to any discipline/ work/ etc. Ask more questions, challenge your beliefs. If you think their is something missing or you need to add more to the list your probably not doing these things above often enough. Their is no magic pill, its about the compounding effect of positive life affirming daily habits that actually affect change.

This is so interesting and amazing, many true points made, though I do not think it should result, in a one size fits all for everyone. A few thoughts come to mind when listening to this for example; Deer freeze when they have fear and stress, Humans whom have been severely traumatized during their life often times go into a permanent state of inaction and can not even envision let alone work up the mental energy, to participate in any activity of self preservation and often lose interest in the entire process of survival, leading to failure and depression and often does not result in any positive motivation. Maybe for some people increasing agitation works, though for others they may have to many experiences of stress, trauma and actual loss causing a deep disconnect between action and reward, often times they have experienced so many events that have caused such extreme levels of adrenaline, that it almost never seems to be suppressed after that again, and they can not remove their self from that fight or flight state of mind, to the point that it actually destroys any ability to ever be creative or even hold interest in any activity.

Prieš 4 dienas
z borg
z borg

Maybe they are then low on adrenaline, or their "average" dopamine levels are lower than normal and get so worked up and stressed out, "on purpose," to try to get some of those adrenaline highs back (an addiction)..... a lot of people do nothing but just keep trying to relive those traumatic reactions currently (dopamine rewards)..... whether conscious, or not.

My name is Crystal am from USA. As we all know medically, there is no solution or cure for herpes except through herbal medicine which you can only get from dr tokubo. I read a comment on the news paper about how a particular dr called Tokubo cured a lady  named Brenda about how this powerful doctor who helped her got her cured from the disease (Herpes) my fellow beloved i firstly taught, having a help from an African doctor was a wrong idea, but i thought of these "will i continue to stress on these disease all day when i have someone to help me save my life?" so i gathered all my faiths and interest to contact him through his Email address at (drtokubotemple@gmail.com), so after i have mailed him, i told him i need his herpes cure and He responded to me so fast that i should not worry anymore that he will send me a herbal medicine through courier which i will be taking for 5 days. After I ordered his herbal medicine he sent it to me through courier delivery services which were delivered to me within 2 days of my order. He gave me the instructions on how I am going to use them and gave me his words that I will be cured completely in 5 days time. At first, I was skeptical about taking his herbs but I just gave it a try. I was on his medication for 5days when I noticed some changes in my body. After the 5th day I called him to tell him I had completed the medication process and he said he had been expecting my call, he told me to visit my doctor for another test..Honestly speaking, I never believed all he was saying until after the test. when my doctor mention the statement that i am Herpes negative (free) and the doctor started asking me how did i do it, My papers for the test i did are with me and now i am happy and glad for his herbal medicine, With these i must tell everyone who might seek for any cure such as Hiv cure, Herpes cure, cancer, epilepsy, or if you want your ex back he can also help you as well, Dr Tokubo is a great herbalist doctor who deal on natural herbs and roots. He has herbal medicine for different kinds of  strong infections/diseases. contact him through his Email@; drtokubotemple@gmail.com or whatsapp him @ +2349037990322
