Health concerns: -Toxic effects (hepatic [liver], pancreatic [pancreas], renal [kidneys], or reproductive): each insertion of a gene is random, GE food producers don't know where their gene is being inserted because they don't completely know the makeup of the food; they can't establish a "safe" place to insert it, so such food companies just hope that the new genetic material does not destabilize the food and make it hazardous. Each genetic insertion creates the added possibility that formerly nontoxic elements in the food could become toxic. -New allergic reactions: allergies can be transfered from one food to another. I don't understand one thing. If the plants are immune to glyphosate why people in agriculture use more of it? It could make sense if the plants are more resistant, but if they're totally immune,than why is that?

Think about it - spraying is very expensive for farmers in fuel, time and money. It could bankrupt them. GMO corn needs ONLY ONE APPLICATION OF GLYHOSATE at 3 weeks into the growth cycle before the ears have budded. After that the corn shades out the weeds. Application of pesticides that could kill the crop involves pulling precision sprayers that still cause some damage to the crop. Resistance means the whole field can be sprayed much easier or a crop duster plane can be used.

That is false. You incorrectly referred to 20 year patents that always expire, as ownership. Ever since 1931 we have seen patents for organic, heirloom, conventional and GMO seed. Soon CRISPR seed will be patented as well. Many GMO patents have already expired, giving a bargain priced high performance seed as a gift to humanity. The price of GMO corn seed recently dropped $100 per bag. Patents are wonderful. You would have no technology today without patents because of the high cost of projects to invent new things. This year the ESFA agency approved many new GMO crops for importing and human consumption in the EU. 2020 was a great year for the advancement of modern crop science. What do all these countries know that Almost does not? EVERYTHING!!!! They are not addled by mental illness like him.

This video is more/only focused in the good aspects of the GMO foods and is like taking the word of big corporations that would sell you poison if they could and with GMOs they could totally control the farmers as the seeds are patented. More research needs to be done on the long term effects of GMOs on Humans.

This video was amazing and they always have great content, but I feel like this video failed to talk about how there is such a big monopoly in the agriculture industry (at least in the US) and how small farmers are sued and end up going bankrupt from these larger companies suing them because of these genetically modified seeds growing on their farms due to seed dispersal.

They are for specific applications in many different parts of the world where climate change is causing additional challenges like drought, floods, extreme temperatures, pests, blights or salty soils.
